Job responsibilities :

• Own & control Book keeping, monthly, quarterly & year end closure of Books of Accounts
• Compliance with Reporting requirements in line with Statutory requirements – IGAAP, IND AS incl supervising the accounts team to prepare the accounts
• Audit – ensure clean audits – limited review, annual audit
• Meet Board and Investor requirements
• Analytics – Review P&L to drive profitability in structured manner
• Automate processes to bring efficiency into timelines
• Leadership to work in difficult situations
• Preparation of the budget and financial forecast and reporting of variances
• Ensure all tax and regulatory compliance
• Ensure all regulatory reporting
