Job responsibilities :

• Identify Channel Partners / Developers / Builder for generating leads for Housing Finance
• Develop and strengthen relationship with Channel partners to ensure quality leads
• Create a strong funnel
• Use impactful Sales promotion activities to attract relevant prospects
• Control risk by effective Credit Underwriting and ensuring minimum NPA’s
• Follow up and contribute on Collections

• Street smart; ability to think and execute on the ground
• Self motivated, result oriented and a desire to build a successful Sales & Marketing career
• Comfortable in travelling extensively within & outside the city
• Good consistent academic career

Eligibility Criteria :

• MBA Fresher of 2018 / 2019 pass out
• MBA with 1-2 years of experience in Sales

Compensation :

• INR 5 lacs – INR 6 lacs
